For reasons unknown I awoke at 6am this morning - which gives us the opportunity for a much extended chat - so it's time to discuss those final changes to both your FPL and Yahoo teams ahead of the deadlines at 11:30am and midday UK time respectively.

My current Yahoo team is ...

Boruc, Shorey, Vertonghen, Baines, Cleverley, Ben Arfa, Cazorla, Michu, Miralles, Hazard, Rooney

... but I may make changes once the price changes kick-in this morning (this is usually around 8:30am UK Time) and if possible I'll look to squeeze Robin van Persie in Wayne Rooney's place (which may require Leighton Baines to be downgraded). This also may enable me to upgrade Artur Boruc who is no longer a guaranteed zero - he is set to start for Southampton - and Tom Cleverley. Or I may not make any changes at all as I certainly don't hate what I have above.

My FPL team is locked in:

Ruddy, Hughes, Shawcross, Cole, Michu, Hazard, Fellaini, Cazorla, Torres, Suarez, Ba (C)

I have Ciaran Clarke, Damien Duff and George McCartney on the bench and one of the defenders is likely to be required as Ashley Cole is "Very doubtful".
