Egypt week 21 Picks

Hello,

A late merry Christmas for everyone celebrating it and a happy new year for everyone ;)

As everyone can see that games are coming thick and fast in the last 10 days or so and its a great opportunity to climb up the leader board in a very short space of time.

The most important thing in these games is to keep it safe in your picking and play on the freshness of the players and see which player got rested and who didnt,so i am gonna pick a team in 2 categories which will be a definite starters and others who may be dropped.

Definite Starters Strikers :

Edin Dzeko : A 4 minute double salvo in last week game and could have easily grabbed his hatrick,he will start and he is in red hot form.

Carlton Cole: The price is right and playing home to Norwich.

Romelu Lukaku: Should start against the average Fulham side and will cause them lots of problems, plus we will have the line up before the deadline.

Javier Hernandez: Everyone loves Chichartio. He always scores when he starts and he will start against Wigan after being rested.

Luiz Suarez: El Pistolero have been doing the pistol celebrations lots of times this year and it should continue.

Clint Dempsey: Shooting from every possible angle and he will start on the left or as a striker.

Not so definite Strikers:

Danny Graham : Lots of people grabbed him on the Barn Door and he should be a good pick IF he starts, bit risky as Michu looks to be fit,so its your choice here.

Olivier Giroud: Same like Graham exactly but i think even after his brace,he would still be dropped.

Fernando Torres/Eden Hazard/Juan Mata: Anyone can be rested from these 3,just depends on your luck and Rafa tactics.

Nicika Jelavic: Have been disappointing in the last couple of games and missing some chance, could redeem himself against the awful awful Newcastle defense.

Definite Starters Midfielders:

Theo Walcott : Anybody had him last week was buzzing and enjoying the circus ( Including me and Jeremy) ,should continue playing upfront against his ex club.

Zoltan Gera: Rested,Fresh and ready against Fulham and playing just off the striker.

Mauroane Fellaini :He is back and yes its Newcastle :)

Gaston Ramirez: Rested and taking kicks and price is good

Steven Gerrard : Have been in Red hot form in the last 4 games,i know i will curse him like that but may it continue,Expecting a PK from him this week.

James Milner: Rested as well and is taking kicks and his price is good.

Aaron Lennon: Playing against Ian Harte,he will cause him lots of problems with his pace and trickery.

Marveux: What a pick by Nik last week, taking kicks and looked so dangerous.

Not so Definite Starters Midfielders:

Michu/De Guzman/Routledge/Hernandez: Anyone can rested or dropped from this bunch as last week game they made 7 changes so it should be normal if you see 3-4 changes to last week line up.

Young/Valencia: the 2 United wingers should cause headache to the wigan backs, bit risky to pick one as Sir Alex likes to chop and change every now and then.

Oscar: He should be restored to the starting 11 against QPR.

Gylfi Sigurdsson: Got the feeling he is due a start this week as Bale is Suspended and can be very handy against Reading and will take most of the FK's

Definite Starters Defenders:

Walker/Verto: Every chance of the CS here plus both of them will be itching for a free kick around the 18 yard box.

Glen Johnson: Good match up and he enjoys playing at Anfield,he likes to shoot from everywhere with his left or right foot.

Angel Rangel: Popping up in the penalty area whenever i see him play, bit pricey but he can bang a goal.

Billy Jones: Price is good and playing against fulham and might get the CS.

Ivanovic/Gary Cahill: Should be a CS for the chelsea defence and watch out for a header from one of them

Not so Definite Starters Defenders:

Vidic: Great 15 points last week but i think he may be rested for this one,i am holding him anyway.

David Luiz: Playing in Midfield but there is a chance that he can be rested after playing all previous games.

James Tomkins: Collins is suspended and he should partner Ried against norwich.

Ben Davies: rested last week and should gain his place back in the side, the bonus is that he is taking FK's

Goal Keepers:

Jose Reina: Price was good before the QPR game and looks a decent bet for a CS

Hugo Lloris: Everybody got him and hopefully a clean sheet.

Ross Turnbull: with Cech out this is a rare starting opportunity for him.

I hope you find my post interesting and remember always play it safe ;) i wish everyone having a great week and a very happy new year for everyone.

Cheers
