The waiting is over - The Blog Cup Quarter Final results (from Week 24) have been calculated and I can now reveal that the cut-off to qualify for the Semi Final was ...

... we started with 1400 teams but just 100 teams make the cut - everyone else is out. My own team made it through in 42nd place but it's all over for the teams scoring 105 or lower. Commiserations but you can feel proud to have made it this far!
The Semi Final takes place in Week 28, when we reduce the competition down to 40 teams ahead of The Blog Cup Final in Week 32. Can you feel the tension?

Hello – I see you thought it worked – and then realised it didn’t. I think you linked your team manager page, not your week 25 or 26 page (which is under ‘My Points’). Other people can’t see your team manager page.
I decided against putting the team or a link to it in my signature because I don’t want to have to remember to change it every week. But I can confirm the above works.

Yes – I created a link to my Team Manager page which seemed like a brilliant idea at the time. Then when I clicked the link it allowed me to chop and change my team, so I suddenly had a big concern that anyone could start editing my team if they clicked the link …….. However I realise now that anyone other than me wouldn’t be able to see my Team Manager page. That will teach my to stop trying to clever !!!

I think that must have been the key factor – the people who got through ignored the team news and picked RVP & Ox vs Blackburn.
The believers in the team news, changed team around but probably struggled to make up the difference.
Shame, but now I’m concentrating on the league…

My worst season in YFF ever, but I’m in the semi-finals of the YFF Blog Cup. Clearly a cup side this year. I’ve been awful just about every other week!
These seem to be the only weeks..
Where I do not second guess my decisions. Even though I am between 9600 & 9700 overall the Blog Cup has provided me with some success this season. I must be an every four week fantasy player since it seems to be when I make the best decisions. I hope I make the finals so I can see if I can finish in the top 10 if not first in the Blog Cup. Finished 37th this week.
