Double games = Double confused

I continue to struggle on exactly what to do on double game weeks. The only conclusion for a double week seems to be the same for any week....pick the right combination of players!

I looked at both the top scoring teams for the week and also the top leading teams overall trying to find something, anything that would help form a clear strategy for double weeks. I found none. Here is what I found. I will list the score followed by the number of double gamers on that team.

Top (10) Scoring: 185.5 (5) 183.0 (5) 182.5 (6) 181.0 (6) 178.0 (6) 174.5 (5) 173.0 (6) 172.5 (8) 172.0 (5) 171.50 (8)

Top (10) overall: 134.5 (6) 118.5 (8) 125.5 (7) 146.50 (6) 124.5 (3) 124.5 (4) 128.50 (3) 118.50 (1) 128.5 (8) 122.0 (5)

My personal: 119.0 (3) Interesting stat: #11 highest scoring team this week 171.0 (3)

The last statistic shows two teams, each with 3-double gamers yet if we were in the same league a 52 point swing would have occurred in just this week.

The top scoring teams range of double gamers ranged between 5-8 with an average score of 177.35

The Top overall teams range of double gamers ranged between 1-8 with an average score of 127.5

If this entire post appears to be going nowhere you are right. What I am hoping for is that my confusion will spark a discussion that will help make more sense of this big picture then I am able to do.

Summery: Here is a bunch of stuff. Can anyone make sense out of it?
