A message from Rob Allen, aka Bitsketchy:
I want to thank everyone who's purchased the Fantasy Football Book on Amazon - i'm really grateful.
OK, the two things I have to discuss - the first is important, the second pails in comparison.
Those outside of the UK may not realise but for the first time in the history of the London Marathon, a girl died, within the final stretch of completing it. It's a shock and one that I feel equal to Muamba's devestating FA appearance.
I would love to do something to help, so any sales of the book to date and to the end of tomorrow, I'll donate to her charity, the Samaritans, thats £2.70 per book to her chosen charity (my cut). To explain the impact its had in the UK, prior to her death, she hoped to achieve £500 of sponsorship... it currently stands at £837,500! I would love for her to have a legacy that stands at 7 figures (as i'm sure you all would).

Ok, different point entirely. You expect that the writers (as opposed to the readers) of this site dont need help but I find myself in a tricky situation. Namely I fancy the pants off of two players who arent listed in either players picks posts and i'm really not sure of my choices. The first is a confirmed player who you would have killed to have at his current price - Steven Gerrard. Two good games? We've seen what he can accomplish against the likes of Norwich if he wants too.
Second is Romeu, playing positively out of position in a double week at a cost of 4.69? surely thats good value?
My team is currently:
Oriel Romeu, Ryan Shotton, Wilson
Siggy, Cabaye, Gibson, Gerrard
I hold VdV, Pienaar, Santon and Reina so I have very viable alternatives - thoughts?
