I am very excited to be starting my third year in the Premier league. With such limited experience I generally write about my own personal thoughts on how I will be proceeding on any given week and seldom recommend to others, player choices or strategy. It does appear however, that I have been around long enough to see a couple issues return full circle, in particular the concern of all teams looking the same.

I personally wrote a small post last December titled Mirror Mirror where my concern was every team would have a core containing all the same players and basically success within your particular group had become very limited. I was very wrong.

I saw many teams last year that consisted of 11 players all from the same team with many finding their way to top of the leader board for high score of the week. Others may need to copy now and then until they find their own way while others seem to cannibalize every thought making their own while offering nothing in return.

My personal success/failure is driven by my new found passion for the sport itself. I am confident that this passion will lead me down the same path as those I personally see as "teachers" of the game.

Nobody wants to be left at the starting gate scoring 70-80 points when others are hitting the 100 plus mark each week but each of us as managers have to make a decision on how we as individuals measure success and while certain players may seem the obvious choice they are certainty not the only choice.

We could all score 100% on the test if we allow ourselves to copy the smartest student in the class but eventually the dreaded "essay" question will appear and I personally want to be prepared.
