Just a reminder of how difficult it can be to transfer into a league and have an immediate impact. You're moving countries, cultures... everything. And as Ramirez only had one training session with Southampton after the international break... well, he's my early midfield pick for this week, at home to Aston Villa. h/t Fox says Southampton must recover self-belief
