Once again it appears I have fallen "trap" to the double game week and yet once again, I am failing to see the error of my ways.
For those who have played the game for many years their path seems clear on double gamers and more often then not it's pedal to the medal on players who have more then one fixture.
On the other side of the coin we have... well me!
I am in my third season as a player and know well enough how to play the game, and I enter double game weeks with full understanding of the preferred, PROVEN, course.
So, why not buy into what my teachers are teaching?
I will argue that my thought process was spot on but lacked in the correct execution.
I will not list all my choices but will highlight on the main one for an example:
Sturridge was a doubt and not held at a great discount and for all intent, looked to be a one gamer anyway. With a striker position open I turned to the Chelsea/Wigan game where I saw great potential for points.
Correct thought..bad execution.
My problem seems to be that I possess knowledge but lack in experience.
I am shown the obvious path, I see the obvious path but the problem remains... there appears to be another path and I want to see WHATS DOWN THERE!
I am certain that after I have taken my medicine I will eventually travel the correct path, but it appears that day is just not here yet!
Have patients patience. :)
