Lukasz Fabianski, Abou Diaby, Andrey Arshavin and Kieran Gibbs have all been included in the 18-man group for the Champions League last-16 second leg at Allianz Arena. Jack Wilshere and Lukas Podolski (both ankle) have been left out, while Wojciech Szczesny has been rested.

The news here is that Podolski is also injured. No word on the severity yet.

Wigan boss Roberto Mancini expects on-loan Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi to miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury.

Jack Wilshere will miss Arsenal's game against Bayern Munich and both of England's upcoming World Cup qualifiers, Arsene Wenger has revealed.

Kieran Gibbs... He is back in the squad, yes. Sagna is not available, Diaby is back in the squad.

It will be interesting to see who of Gibbs and Monreal starts for Arsenal in the league. Or if one of the two can swap flanks.

Reading Football Club has announced today the departure of Manager Brian McDermott. Owner Anton Zingarevich wishes to place on record his thanks to Brian who had achieved great success with the club since taking over as Manager in December 2009.
