It's time to discuss those final changes to both your FPL and Yahoo teams ahead of the deadlines at 11:30am and midday UK time respectively.
Now many of you probably have no idea what I've been considering this week as I've barely been online. A recent promotion at work has changed my life in terms of travelling and workload and it is making it very difficult to find the spare time to do any writing. I'm hoping things will level out, but for now I'm extremely thankful to Neal and Jeremy for carrying the full burden of the blog.
Before I list my current line-up I must remind you that this is Week 28 - The NMA Blog Cup quarter-finals. 201 teams remain but we cut it down to 100 teams this round ahead of the semi-finals in Week 32.
So, my Yahoo line-up is currently:
Lloris, Kelly, Debuchy, Monreal, Pienaar, Cazorla, Lallana, Nani, Lambert, Hernandez, Aguero
It could still change before deadline but I'm fairly happy that I've got most of the good match-ups covered with the exception of Liverpool. Unfortunately with Daniel Sturridge a major doubt I wasn't willing to risk him and I can't quite afford Luis Suarez.
To cover Everton I'm going with Steven Pienaar over Marouane Fellaini as the latter is also a doubt, for Man City I've got a hunch on Sergio Aguero and I'm sure Southampton will beat QPR by a few goals. which explains both Adam Lallana and Ricky Lambert. I'm also gambling on the fact both Nani and Javier Hernandez get another start for Man Utd while my keeper and defence stay as is as they are all held at a good discount
My FPL team is locked in:
Szczeney, G.Johnson A.Cole, Shawcross, Michu, Fellaini, Walcott, Bale (C), Lambert, Ba, Suarez
Subs: Bunn, Demel, Shaw, Noble
How are yours team looking?
