Late Fitness Check - Injury and Suspension News for Fantasy EPL Week 20

The last word before you select your team for the upcoming Match Week.

Bryn Lennon

Here's full listing of the team news consolidated by our good friends at ESPN SoccerNet but for the summary of what's most important and what it means for fantasy, cast your eyes downward and take a look at what we have for you...

Sunderland vs. Spurs - BAE and Scott Parker may be back but not a lot here that's likely to impact your fantasy team.

Aston Villa vs. Wigan - Lots of Villa injuries to match up with the Wigan injuries but none to players likely to be selected by fantasy managers.

Fulham vs. Swansea - Bryan Ruiz is back, Damien Duff is still out, and, most importantly for those who have Michu at small discounts, Michu is out for at least this match. No definite replacement for Michu but Shechter seems to be getting more love than Graham these days. Ruiz's presence is valuable by itself but also improves the fortunes of Berbatov.

Manchester United vs. West Brom - Rooney, Jones and Rafael are all out and Giggs/Scholes are likely to be rested which leaves few line-up choices. The remaining questions are whether Chicharito or Welbeck gets the start replacing Rooney and if Kagawa finally returns.

Norwich vs. Manchester City - Not much to report here.

Reading vs. West Ham - Carlton Cole's red card has been rescinded which makes him a great option.

Stoke vs. Southampton - Ryan Shawcross and Geoff Cameron are both suspended for accumulation which makes Ryan Shotton a solid replacement but makes Begovic slightly less valuable.

Arsenal vs. Newcastle - Not too much from the Arsenal side but Newcastle are missing almost their entire midfield with Cabaye, HBA, Anita, and Jonas out. Presumably Arsenal should completely dominate possession.

Everton vs. Chelsea - Fellaini completes his suspension but not too much else definite here.

QPR vs. Liverpool - There have been rumors of Luis Suarez being rested but the team news today indicates that there isn't much chance of that so look for Liverpool to bounce back against relegation-strugglers QPR even on the road.
