Sort of a bummer that France really didn't show up yesterday. I'm still not THAT convinced by Spain but if their opposition isn't going to get any good opportunities then they'll have their leisure to pass it around and eventually break down the opposition defense. We can only hope that today's match-up between Italy and England brings both a more even match-up and more excitement.

I'm not sure anyone out there has any idea what we'll see today or who should be favored to win. Neither team was particularly fancied by the experts as the tournament started and both have been best described as "much better than expected" so far. Neither has been great but both have been good when mediocre was expected.

On the fantasy side, I have a little bit of everything from this match. From Italy, I have Antonio Cassano and Andrea Pirlo and from England, I have Joleon Lescott and Steven Gerrard.

Who do you have going for you today?

What is your Mario Balotelli prediction for the day? What do you think he'll do today? As you know, I'm of the opinion that nothing is off the table as far as possibilities so your imagination is the limit.
