What a two week break it's been for your favorite blogger. Just over a week ago we welcomed our first child into the world. As you might have noticed, getting used to being a parent didn't leave much time for writing this week but thanks to Nik and Jeremy for picking up the slack while I was picking up diaper duty.
Should be an interesting weekend of matches. Will we see any of City's new signings? How will early-season darlings Swansea fare with 50% of their defense missing? Will Spurs finally get themselves together facing a newly promoted Reading side? Can Arsenal's defense keep their clean sheet streak intact facing a winless Southampton team that has looked impressive attacking against some strong opposition?
We'll find out all this and more as we gather back together for our traditional chat as the matches unfold. Oh, and if you have any questions about the first 10 days or so of parenthood, I'm happy to answer since we've made it this far and it doesn't appear we've broken him.
