Hello everyone! I'm up bright and early brimming with anticipation for one of the biggest matches for me each season: The Merseyside Derby. We've got the starting lineups, and the big news is that there's no Daniel Sturridge in the starting lineup for Liverpool. Jon Flanagan and Joe Allen return to the starting eleven in his place, with Aly Cissokho also dropped after some uninspiring performances.
Liverpool: Mignolet, Johnson, Flanagan, Agger, Skrtel, Lucas, Gerrard, Allen, Henderson, Coutinho, Suarez
Roberto Martinez has opted for a similar lineup to the last few matches, with Ross Barkley the only change from last match. He replaces Leon Osman.
Everton: Howard, Baines, Distin, Jagielka, Coleman, Barry, McCarthy, Pienaar, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku.
I stuck with the team I posted in the Pre-deadline chat, so I'll be hoping for solid performances from the following players:
Krul, Pieters, Rafael, Ward, Ozil, Amalfitano, Lampard, Cabaye (c), Suarez, Remy, RVP
Who have you gone with this week? Post your team in the comments and I'm sure we'll see a wide variety of players, which will hopefully translate into a high scoring week for many managers.
I'll be watching the early match from the Liverpool-themed pub in my hometown and then spending the rest of the day cooking and preparing for an early Thanksgiving celebration with friends so, as has been the case since I began writing for NMA, I'll miss the Live Chat. I hope everyone has a successful week!
