Sunday Live Chat: Week 16

If anyone claims the Premier League or its fantasy counterpart are predictable, point them to the past two weeks. After a high-scoring goalfest last weekend for some of the league's underdogs, the majority of us are left with three matches today to make up for some incredibly low scores from our fantasy squads.

I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't follow my gut instinct to go with Jussi Jaaskelainen in goal this week, or to field Joel Ward despite his team's poor match up against Chelsea, so I head into today's games on a season-low 50 points with only Philippe Coutinho, Luis Suarez and my captain Wayne Rooney to right the ship.

From what I've seen, a large percentage of managers have opted to keep the faith in Suarez as their captain this week, so I have to do what every Liverpool fan hates doing and root for a Manchester United player to perform better than one from my own favored club.

There are a few surprise inclusions and exclusions from the starting lineups in the early matches between Manchester United and Aston Villa, as well as Norwich and Swansea City. Darren Fletcher has returned to the bench for David Moyes' men, which is a good sight for any fan of the game. Other surprises on the team sheets are the inclusion of Michel Vorm after it was revealed he needed surgery, the exclusion of Leandro Bacuna and Andreas Weimann in favor of Matthew Lowton and Marc Albrighton, and Danny Welbeck seemingly playing furthest forward for United, keeping Rooney in the hole. Oh, and Norwich didn't make any changes. How boring (j/k).

Who do you still have left to play today? What is your goal for points this week? I'm hoping to make it to 100. Good luck!
