The Barn Door Live: Week 3

New, comments

As we prepare for another week of Premier League action, there are a couple burning questions on everyone's minds...will Manchester United get their first win, and will Yahoo's pricing issues come to a close?

These guys haven't been the star men for the Champions yet this season. Will that change today?

I for one am asking myself if this is the week where I turn around my poor fantasy start to the season, but I have to say it makes me proud to see everyone posting comments here with such high scores. I know it can't all be down to the player picks articles and the community comments, but it's a great sight to see everyone contributing with excellent advice. Keep it up!

As I mentioned, I've struggled so far this season, especially with last week's meager 78 point return, so I've decided to take a few risks with my team in the hopes of finding some differentials to make up some ground. Here's where I settled:

Lukasz Fabianski, Daryl Janmaat, Phil Jones, Aleksandar Kolarov, Dusan Tadic, Aaron Ramsey, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Erik Lamela, Alexis Sanchez, Stevan Jovetic, Robin van Persie

I've got Aaron Cresswell, Matty Phillips, Martin Kelly and Thibaut Courtois on the bench as well in case there are any absentees in the starting 11. It's a measure of my desperation that RVP is in my starting lineup; I don't think he's ever been a good choice for me in the entirety of the 8 seasons I've been playing fantasy football, so I apologize in advance for anyone else who picked him...he's probably going to be a waste of money.

Who did you end up with this week? What is your goal for points? Who are you looking at for week 4? Let's chat!
