Hull City and Newcastle will get us underway in the early match today, but it's the late game between Chelsea and Manchester City that has everyone talking. The match has implications of Super Bowl-like proportions, as a win for the Blues would open the gap wide enough to make things very difficult for the Citizens to catch up in the run in to the title.
If Manuel Pellegrini's men can get a win, however, the title race will well and truly be back on as the Sky Blues will have closed the gap at the top of the Premier League to just 2 points. With Jose Mourinho missing Diego Costa through suspension, as well as Cesc Fabregas through injury, City find themselves in the best possible scenario heading into the match. Can they capitalize on the absences of two of Chelsea's best attackers?
Before we get to the big one, we've got a full slate of matches. After the Tigers and Magpies face off, the following six matches will kick off simultaneously:
Manchester United v. Leicester City
Stoke City v. Queens Park Rangers
West Bromwich Albion v. Tottenham Hotspur
Who are you counting on to deliver the goods for your fantasy team this week? I've settled on the following:
David Ospina
Patrick Van Aanholt, Philip Wollscheid, Ryan Bertrand
Victor Moses, Raheem Sterling, Angel Di Maria, Theo Walcott
Harry Kane, Olivier Giroud, Graziano Pelle
Bench: Aaron Cresswell, Jores Okore, Scott Sinclair, Joel Robles
Post your team in the comments and let's see who scores best today. Let's chat!
