Well thank you UEFA! If you read our previous post about Tuesday's UCL slate and chose to ride into battle with our sample lineup you most likely cashed, but would've certainly cashed a lot more if Sofiane Feghouli's goal was not retracted in the post match. DFS problems...

Moving along, we hope yesterday's action got you excited for today's primetime matchups so let's dive right in to what the Gods have cooked up for this lucrative Wednesday slate.

Goalkeepers

Jan Oblak (Atletico Madrid, $5,900)- Home against FC Astana need we say anything further... Should be a lock for the win and the clean sheet bonus points.

Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus, $5,500)- Juventus are an Italian powerhouse. They are virtually unbeatable at home with a sensationally proud fanbase. Juventus are undefeated in Champions league play including a 2-0 win at home to Sevilla. Coming off a 2-0 win over Lazio in domestic play, Buffon and Co look to continue the clean sheet trend in Turin against Borussia Monchengladbach.

Julio Cesar (Benfica, $4,500)- Cesar has been playing at a seemingly spectacular level for over a decade now, and for those of you wondering where the Brazilian behemoth has been residing Benfica is the answer. Very nice GPP target to free up some cash for Cristiano.

Other plays to consider: Benaglio (Wolfsburg, $5,400), Joe Hart (Manchester City, $5,500).

Defenders

Juanfran (Atletico Madrid, $5,000)- Although on the pricier side, the must-win mentality of this match for Atletico mixed with the cauldron of emotions that will be bubbling to the brim, make Juanfran a great match with keeper Oblak.

Pablo Zabaleta (Manchester City, $4,200)- With Aleksandar Kolarov out, Manchester city will look for the ever-trustworthy Zabaleta to assume his attacking left back role, constantly pushing forward down the flank looking to send in balls to Bony. Coming off of their most explosive offensive performance of the season, we expect Pablo to be sending in an ample amount of crosses that will hopefully lead to a few assists.

Leonardo Bonucci (Juventus, $4,500)- Call it a hunch, but with our guts strongly feeling the Juventus win and clean-sheet, we also feel the giant Italian's head smashing a corner into the back of the net. Should be very low owned as well.

Other plays to consider: Eliseu (Benfica, $4,300), Filipe Luis (Atletico Madrid, $4,400), Darijo Srna (Shakhtar Donetsk $4,600).

Midfielders

Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City, $7,100)- A.K.A KDB, this man is simply spectacular. Since his move to Manchester City, he has accounted for 3 goals and 3 assists. This is astonishing considering he's only appeared in 4 games. He is firing on all cylinders whether it's firing in shots or beautifully crossing the ball into the box. KDB is clearly the center of the City attack, which will look to continue their roll at home against Sevilla.

Julian Draxler (Wolfsburg, $6,400)- Draxler has been a young star in Germany for years now. Draxler is no KDB, but was a seamless replacement for Wolfsburg. He's coming off a goal and a very explosive performance in his last Champions League outing at Old Trafford. We look for Julian to be a big cog for this German offensive machine at home against a shaky PSV back-four.

Alex Teixeira (Shakhtar Donetsk, $5,100) - The engine behind Shakhtar's creativity in their midfield. He is very undervalued at this price and we believe his production will be extremely high as Shakhtar look to capture 3 very important points in Sweden.

Other plays to consider: Caligiuri (Wolfsburg, $4,900), Paul Pogba (Juventus $6,400), Nicolas Gaitan (Benfica, $5,300).

Forwards

Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid, $14,000) - Ronaldo is probably the most universally recognized name in the entire world. You simply cannot afford to not play him because 77% of your opponents will be playing him. Oh yeah, he's pretty talented too...

Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid, $8,800) - Besides having the most swag on a very confident Atletico squad, Antoine has proven to be an absolute lock to score for Madrid when their backs are against the wall. Look for coach Simeone to pump up Griezmann prematch and for Antoine to pop one/three goals for the day.

Wilfried Bony (Manchester City, $7,300) - With the recent injury woes of Aguero, Bony finds himself in the very fortuitous position of playing up front alone for the high powered Manchester City offensive attack. KDB, Sterling, and Silva will all be trying to find different ways to get our man Bony the ball, and a two goal, one assist outing is certainly not out of the question.

Other plays to consider: Alvaro Morata (Juventus, $7,000), Seydou Doumbia
($5,900), Bas Dost (Wolfsburg, $8,700), Jackson Martinez (Atletico Madrid, $9,000)
