With the majority of matches for Week 11 played on Saturday, we move into Sunday's double header action. But plenty of fantasy points and real world drama will be on hand as Everton look to topple a resurgent Sunderland and Southampton hope to heap more misery on Bournemouth. Are the Cherries the new Derby? It may be a bit harsh to put that label on a team that has been so cruelly hit with injuries. But if Bournemouth can't get healthy, and fast, they face a long and arduous league season.
Everton will have their work cut out for them as the revitalized Black Cats come to visit the blue half of Liverpool. Big Sam has already guided Sunderland to their first win of the season, most crucially, over their most hated rivals, Newcastle. Defensive solidarity has been Big Sam's first priority and his side will face a stern test against Barkley and Lukaku et al. Everton, on the other hand, haven't been terribly consistent this season and would be wholly disappointed not to come away with all 3pts. Needless to say, we all hope for strong fantasy returns in this one.
Our second and last match of Sunday's Week 11 line up will see Southampton facing a plucky, but vulnerable Bournemouth side. How cruel it was to see their talisman striker, Callum Wilson, who had gotten off to such a great start to the season, have it all end through injury. The Cherries will have to rely on incredible self belief if they are to stand a chance of staying up this season.
How did you do Saturday?
Cheers!
