Following up on last week's relatively unimportant slate of matches that saw three draws out of the four matches, we'll hopefully get some more entertainment from the remaining 8 teams still to play their Round of 16 first-leg match in the Champions League.

Before we get to the teams in action today and tomorrow, let's take a second to review the results so far:

Paris St. Germain 1 - 1 Chelsea
Shakhtar Donetsk 0 - 0 Bayern Munich
FC Basel 1 - 1 Porto
Schalke 04 0 - 2 Real Madrid

Madrid are the obvious winners from the first group of 8, claiming a comfortable away victory over Schalke. Chelsea and Porto take minor advantages in the form of away goals back to their home turf for the second leg, while Bayern were surprisingly shut out on the road in Ukraine, but will be confident of their home form to see them through to the last 8.

Moving ahead with this week's action, here's the upcoming schedule for today and tomorrow:

Manchester City v. Barcelona
Juventus v. Borussia Dortmund
Arsenal v. Monaco
Bayer Leverkusen v. Atletico Madrid

After falling out of the competition at the hands of Barcelona last season, City will be eager to exact revenge, but they'll have to keep the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar and the infamous Luis Suarez at bay. Arsenal also left the competition in the Round of 16 last season, but will be more confident facing Monaco than they were when they took on Bayern Munich last campaign.

Borussia Dortmund have struggled mightily in the Bundesliga this season, but have looked solid value for their victories so far in the Champions League, and will hope to upset Juventus, who have been in fine form in Serie A this season. Last year's runners-up Atletico Madrid will be hopeful of returning to the final, but will have to get past a plucky Leverkusen side who are perhaps punching above their weight at this stage of the competition.

Who do you think will go through to the next round? Will any of the ties be decided by the end of the first leg? If you're playing the Champions League fantasy game, who have you selected for your Round of 16 team? Let's chat!
