Below is a breakdown of what each of the categories means:
Out: Fantasy-relevant players who have been confirmed out for the week, either through injury or suspension
Doubt: Players facing the dreaded late fitness test, rotation concerns and those who are out of form/favor
In: The likeliest replacements for the Outs & Doubts
Win: Fantasy player to watch / my hunch pick of the week
____________________________________
Out: Mikel Arteta, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Doubt: Per Mertesacker, Kieran Gibbs (rotation), Mathieu Debuchy (match fitness)
In: Gabriel Paulisita, Nacho Monreal
Win: Mesut Ozil (hunch)
____________________________________
Out: Nathan Baker, Ciaran Clark, Scott Sinclair (ineligible)
Doubt: Alan Hutton, Gabriel Agbonlahor, Philippe Senderos
In: Jores Okore, Charles N'Zogbia (maybe)
Win: Christian Benteke
____________________________________
Out: Ashley Barnes (suspended)

Out: N/A
Doubt: Diego Costa, Loic Remy, Kurt Zouma (rotation), Oscar (rotation)
In: Didier Drogba, Ramires (maybe), Willian (maybe)
Win: Eden Hazard
The news that Diego Costa is back under consideration for the Arsenal game is a huge surprise. I can't imagine Mourinho risking bringing him back into the lineup again so soon after the last 10-minute appearance, but Jose is Jose, so who knows. I'm still of the opinion that Didier Drogba, in all his Arsenal-destroying glory, will get the start against the Gunners.

Out: Frazier Campbell, Marouane Chamakh, Barry Bannan
Doubt: Martin Kelly (selection), Joe Ledley (rotation)
In: Pape Souare (maybe)
Win: Glenn Murray
____________________________________
Out: Darron Gibson, Bryan Oviedo
Doubt: James McCarthy, Stephen Pienaar, Leon Osman
In: Kevin Mirallas, Mohamed Besic (maybe)
Win: Romelu Lukaku
____________________________________
Out: Curtis Davies, Andrew Robertson, David Meyler (suspended)
Doubt: Gaston Ramirez, James Chester (rotation), Steve Harper (rotation)
In: Allan McGregor, Robbie Brady
Win: Dame N'Doye
Even though they're in a relegation scrap, Hull aren't playing anything like Leicester at the moment, so there's not a ton to love here. N'Doye is a good combination of value and guaranteed minutes, so if you are going to invest from the Tigers he's probably your man.
____________________________________
Out: Chris Wood
Doubt: David Nugent, Marcin Wasilewski
In: Leonardo Ulloa, Matthew Upson (maybe)
Win: Jeffrey Schlupp
Doubts at the forward position seem to be a running theme this week, and it's no different with the Foxes. Between Nugent, Ulloa, Kramaric and Vardy, someone is going to be missing out on game time. Schlupp has been a consistent performer and should return more than his value this week despite his steep price tag.
____________________________________
Out: Daniel Sturridge, Lucas Leiva, Mamadou Sakho
Doubt: Jon Flanagan, Adam Lallana (match fitness), Joe Allen (rotation)
In: Jordon Ibe, Steven Gerrard (maybe)
Win: Philippe Coutinho
With Daniel Sturridge definitely out of the first match and Mario Balotelli a permanent fixture on the bench, Liverpool's attacking midfielders are the pick of the bunch this week. Coutinho has been in dazzling form in 2015, and there's no reason to think that will come to an end against either opponent this week.
____________________________________
Out: Gael Clichy, Samir Nasri, Vincent Kompany, Stevan Jovetic
Doubt: Wilfried Bony
In: Aleksandar Kolarov, Eliaquim Mangala
Win: Sergio Aguero

After tinkering for quite a while last night, I've currently got the following team saved:
Schmeichel
Cresswell, Ivanovic, Schlupp
Sterling, Hazard, Matic, Coutinho
N'Doye, Drogba, Kane
I'm still wavering back and forth on dropping Kane at 9.42 for Vardy. With no real chance of me competing for any sort of honors this season, I'm thinking I might as well maximize the possibilities for number of games played, but it sure is difficult to drop the Spurs forward.
How has this news impacted your team selection, and where do things currently stand?
