And so it's back. Yes, the Barclays Premier League is back for the 2015-16 season. With the top four strengthening and the other 16 looking to make themselves worthy in England (and Wales if you're Swansea), this is definitely the season for all these players to make a name for themselves.

But also, it's the season to get your FPL squad off to a good start, especially now for the next 38 weeks as you want to be top of your leagues, with your friends and with new features/tactics as well to help your official FPL squad on the Barclays Premier League website. I'm focusing primarily on the official game, and am excited about the new bonus "chips" they've introduced.

There is the ''Triple Captain'' where instead of your captain getting double points, they get triple; ''All Out Attack'', which is basically all your midfielders and forward in a 2-5-3 formation; or ''Bench Boost'', which is probably the best tactic out of all three of them, where every single player in your team scores points, including your bench.

It will be fun to try to figure out when to use these chips, and how to get the most out of our teams. A good striker is needed to get things started on the right foot. Last season's top goalscorer, Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, should be in action. Will he make your team? Harry Kane will be as well as he takes on his counterpart Wayne Rooney what I believe will be the match of the week as Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur. Another popular striker, Diego Costa of Chelsea will likely be out, so perhaps your team selection will be a bit easier.

For my team in the official Fantasy Premier League game, I'm going with the following:

(3-5-2)

Courtois

Koscielny Jagielka Fonte

Schneiderlin Matic Hazard Cazorla  Silva

Pellé Rooney

I will decide to go three at the back and rely mostly on attack, as Scott Dann sits the bench in my squad. Any thoughts?

What are your pre-deadline teams looking like only hours before the start of the new season? Which game(s) are you focusing on: Official EPL, Fantrax or Perfect XI? What decisions do you still have to make?

Let's chat!
