Week 6: Premier League Pre-Deadline Chat

New, comments

I have a feeling that another unpredictable week is upon us. Time to change some things around...

This has been a very unpredictable season thus far.  The teams that everyone thought were clear winners ended up tanking (yes, Chelsea, I am talking mostly about you).  In an effort to turn things around, my suggestion is to make some radical picks this week and basically go against your gut.

Tempted to bring in Alexis Sanchez?  Get Eden Hazard instead.

Confident that Aston Villa will turn things around and do well at home against West Bromwich Albion?  Pick Salomon Rondon.

Think that Riyad Mahrez is a must?  Think again and get Xredan Shaqiri.

Manchester City to "destroy" West Ham at home?  You must be kidding.  Get Adrian in goal!

Matt Ritchie is a bad pick?  First goal of the season is coming...

Can you think of more similar picks?

We have a cracking early match up where Chelsea, coming off an impressive home win in the Champions League, is hosting an Arsenal team that choked in Zagreb.  Expect goals in this one.

I am lining up with:

Adrian

Dawson/Janmaat/Darmian

Hazard/Payet/Ritchie/Shaqiri/Sigurdsson

Kane/Lukaku

That's right, no City or Liverpool, and King Troll paired with Harry "I have 0 goals this season" Kane as my two strikers.  Crazy?  Possibly.  How are your teams looking this weekend?  Let's chat.

Sani.
