With week 13 being unlucky for some let's have a look at the teams of the week and the current Beat The Bloggers leader boards.

D_Day shows us that you can both take a couple zeros and go with no defence if you can catch the monster attacker big hitters.

A point of note is James Milner.  With Fantrax seemingly scoring players based on the position they played in the game rather than the position they have as default, Milner was an obvious miss by many of us.  To rack up 25 pts with 1 goal I believe he also got the clean sheet bonus - does that seem right to you?

I had a dreadful week once more racking up 61 points.  While I spend many a fantasy comment talking to you all about the importance of your selected players starting with no bench element in Fantrax, I completely ignored my own advice in week 13.  Olivier Giorud and Henrikh Mkhitaryan both made my team and were benched.  KDB also meet the bench it what was a surprise for me and it got worse when he came on for his -1.  Carl Jenkinson missed out altogether.  Finally I kept faith with Ron-Robert Zieler or WRONG-Robert as we now seem to be calling him.  He rewarded me with his third negative score in a row.

The armband on Alexis Sanchez was a great call and B52's well balanced squad provided 8 goals, 1 assist and 1 clean sheet and moved the squad up to 285th place in the Beat The Blogger league.

Handing Kun the armband helped me score 82 points this week and it could have been even better.  Saturday morning I sold Andros Townsend and Alexis Sanchez (15 total points) for Phillipe Coutinho and Siggy (11 points).  Truthfully I think the transfers made perfect sense but Coutinhos likely lengthy injury will probably cause me to take a hit this week.

The top 2 have a little daylight but nothing to great.  Cptjack4 lost a big chunk of his lead this week with his 74pts as 3timelucky racked up a brilliant 127.

Hopefully the world schlong doesn't offend anyone, figure it less likely than Micheals real name in our league.

Me, well I'm sitting on 1179 points in one of the worst Yahoo/Fantrax seasons I have had.  Plenty of time and a couple thousand points to fit for but my title challenge is a mirror of Manchester United's in the real world.

A fantastic race see's two sides head to head at the top while two famous names on the site have closed into 4th and 5th.

I'm doing much better in FPL sitting in 10th spot with 725 points overall and well within a chance of competing.

How did you do?  Are you one of the names listed above, if so post something in the comments section below and take a bow.
