After 10 weeks, we’ve got a good idea of the general vicinity on the table where most teams will be battling for the remainder of the season. We’re catching glimpses of title-challenging form from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, while it looks for all the world that Sunderland will struggle to break free of the relegation zone without some drastic changes.
But, the Premier League is fickle, and we’ve seen that fortunes can change in a hurry. The same holds true for our fantasy squads, where sometimes even one good or bad week is enough to turn the tide. What does this week hold in store for us?
Saturday gives us plenty of excitement ahead of a marquee North London Derby on Sunday morning. Will we see Bournemouth continue their solid form, or will Sunderland finally claim their first win of the season? Can Tom Heaton repeat his heroics from week 10 to lead Burnley to victory against Crystal Palace? After two consecutive clean sheets, do Middlesbrough have what it takes to stifle Manchester City? Can West Ham recover some semblance of the form that kept them in the top 4 hunt for much of last season, or will the Joe Allen/Wilfried Bony partnership at Stoke City prove too much? In the late kickoff, we’ll see Chelsea face a tough test as Everton come to visit. How will Antonio Conte’s blues fare against the Merseysiders?
How have your teams shaped up this week? Who are you counting on? Let’s chat!
