Liverpool have struggled mightily at times this season, but have perhaps had their worst moments facing Slaven Bilic and West Ham United, who did the league double over the Reds and forced a Fourth Round FA Cup replay with a 0-0 draw against Jurgen Klopp's youngsters at the end of January. Injuries have plagued the Merseyside club, though there is good news as the injury-stricken trio of Daniel Sturridge, Philippe Coutinho and Divock Origi have all been given a clean bill of health ahead of the replay.
West Ham have continued to exceed expectations this season under Bilic, despite their own injury issues, with a strong cast of characters showcasing the depth the London squad have amassed over the past few seasons. With a winnable match against Blackburn Rovers on tap in the Round of 16, we can probably expect both managers to run out strong teams from the start.
Wednesday's match will see Peterborough United hosting West Bromwich Albion after their dramatic late equalizer in the 2-2 draw at The Hawthorns. Saido Berahino scored both goals for The Baggies in a rare appearance under Tony Pulis this season. With relegation beginning to materialize as a possibility for Albion, Pulis may opt to run out his reserves again, though as he found out in the last match the Posh are a much more difficult proposition than their place in English football shows. A match against Reading FC awaits in the Round of 16.
