Week 37: Injury news

Well its an almost complete guessing game this week as to who will start for many sides.

The most in form Hammers midfield choice for a double week.

Often in double weeks there are players from the smaller clubs that return great points.  Catching those maybe the key.

I have yet to sort my sides but I will be looking for 11 DG players 10 if I keep Townsend with his plumb game.  Already I'm worried not having Kun, Sanchez and Kane.

Out: Akpom, Debuchy, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sanogo, Szczesny, Zelalem

Doubt: Cazorla, Rosicky, Giroud, Theo Walcott all rotation

In: N/A

Win: Danny Welbeck

Welbeck needs to start this one based on form.  The united link will give those predicting City to collapse a story to consider and with no Vincent Kompany plus Arsenals better away form and home sheet looks unlikely.  Danny can be the man to take advantage.

Aston Villa

Out: Richardson, Amavi , Cissoko

In: N/A

Win: Jordan Ayew

Villa have scored twice in both their last league games and I can't see back to back Newcastle clean sheets

AFC Bournemouth

Out: Mings, Smith

Doubt: Gradel

In: N/A

Win: Matt Ritchie

He hasn't been the fantasy bargain we hoped for in August but he can be explosive on his day.

Out: Rémy, Zouma,

In: N/A

Win: Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas, Willian, Diego Costa, John Terry

Last season's player of the year has been horrible all season, until the last 2 weeks.  He may not start twice and even last season he was poor away from home.  But Hazard must be fresh and will be a player looking forward to sharpen his tools pre Euro 2016.

Also seems to have found form late in the season.  I think he starts both matches and will reward you with at least an assist over the two games.

The clubs player of the season is due a goal and can rack up the phantoms.

He will always make you watch behind your hands with fouls and cards as possible as goals.   Big Sam will have him targeted for sure.  Great price for a player likely to start twice.

John Terry/Gary Cahill

Chelsea's defending makes clean sheet unlikely but I do like them this week.  In both games they will need to rack up the BS, PI and TW.  Both are a danger at set plays and if you like them to play twice they are worth a shot.

Crystal Palace

Out: Hangeland, Appiah, Chamakh

Doubt: Zaha, Bolasie, Jedinak

In: N/A

Win: Yohan Cabaye

May have missed a pen last week but is due a goal.

Out: Jagielka, Funes Mori

Doubt: Barry, Coleman

In: Romelu Lukaku

Win: Lukaku, Ross Barkley, Leighton Baines

King Troll

You know how this goes, we don't pick and he goes crazy.  True he didn't score well at all in the last double week and true he didn't start last week, then again he is the King of Trolls right?????

Playing for his England Euro 2016 spot and not going anywhere in the summer he has reasons to perform.  I like a goal over the two games.

Showing some of the fantasy form we have known for many years and with injuries to the Toffees defence seems like he may play twice.

Leicester City

Out: Danny Ddrinkwater, Robert Huth

Doubt: N/A

In: Jamie Vardy

Win: Vardy

It is party time for the Foxes.  The seasons story maker may as well end it with a goal in front of his fans.

Out: Henderson   Origi

Doubt: All of the 1st 11

In: N/A

Win: Moreno

I will gamble with the opinion Moreno is the most likely to play twice.  Whether I gamble with his selection in my teams is a different question

As for the rest I'm just not sure you can be sure any will play twice and I also think all will be rested for week 38 with just 3 days until the cup final.

Manchester City

Out: Kompany, Silva, Zabaleta. Kolarov

Doubt: N/A

Win: Kun

Chasing the golden boot he will shoot on sight and City need a win here.

Manchester United

Out: Shaw, Keane, Schweinsteiger, Fellaini

In: N/A

Win: Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford, Chris Smalling, Antonio Valencia

I think he starts twice but will play in midfield.  If he scores in the 1st game I can see him doing so again in the 2nd as he has form in doing so.   A real gamble pick but one I like.

Great price but will he start twice?

With the CB's LVG has played Smalling and Blind when fit.  Possible clean sheet in game one and that goal from Mike is way overdue.

Has returned great points since his return from injury.  Only the likelihood of just the one start concerns me.

Out: Krul, Coloccini

Doubt: N/A

In: Janmaat

Win: Andros Townsend

Brilliant fantasy player scoring the goals that the Magpies need to stay up.  Facing Villa and even in a double week he could be one you have to take.

Newcastle however haven't quite been the same side away from home and may suffer with the expectation it will be an easy 3 points.

Norwich City

Out: Klose, Tettey, Wisdom

Doubt: N/A

In: N/A

Win: Robbie Brady, Nathan Redmond, Ryan Bennett, Ruddy

Like the side has gone off the boil in recent weeks but Brady is the type of player who can score back to back double points in Fantrax without goals.  Expensive in that format but maybe a sleeper this week if you are trying to play catchup.

Norwich need to win and need goals to do so.  Redmond is back in the 1st team and the one player who shoots and has pace.  It would be a bold pick maybe even more so than Brady but he is priced better to suit.

Club captain will start at right back and has two chances of a clean sheet in two home games.

Not impossible we could see two clean sheets against two shot shy sides.

Out: Gardos

Doubt: Austin

In: N/A

Win: Mane

Playing for a summer move, Mane is on fire.

Stoke City

Out: Johnson, Butland, Afellay, Given

Doubt: Arnautovic, Bojan

In: N/A

Win: Phil Bardsley

Cheap and a filler option who will likely return double his value.

Out: N/A

Doubt: Jones

In:  N/A

Win: Jermain Defoe, Khazri, PVA, Kone, Borini and Manone

Great form, pen taker and must start both games.

After a bright start his fantasy returns have disappointed.  But seems a home bird to me and based on his performance against Arsenal can return you 20 fantrax pts over the two games.

Bombs forward and never concerned not to shoot.

Doesn't quite rack up the points but has looked like he can score at a set play.

You may not feel comfy but he and his defence are finding form at the right time.

Swansea City

Out: Paloschi, Siggy, Willaims, Taylor

Doubt: N/A

In: Amat, Fer, Gomis

Win: Ayew

Back in form and back in the goals.

Tottenham Hotspur

Out: Bentaleb, Alli

Doubt: Rose

Win: Harry Kane

Young Harry strikes me as a man not easily flustered so events on Monday wont rattle him much.  Plus the Saints do give you chances.

Watford FC

Out: Capoue

Doubt: N/A

In: N/A

Win: Troy Deeney, Idion Ighalo, Ben Watson

Captain and pen taker.  May have used up his goals last week but you never know.

Will return between 15-20 Fantrax points without a goal over the games

West Bromwich Albion

Out: Morrison, Brunt,

In: N/A

Win: Leko

Bright debut and filler price

West Ham United

Out: Adrian

Doubt: N/A

In: N/A

Win: Dimitri Payet, Andy Carroll, Antonio, Aaron Cresswell, Mark Noble, Kouyate, Reid, Ogbonna

Hard not to say he is a must but very expensive in Fantrax.

Finding form and scored or assisted in all games since his return.  Swansea has nothing to deal with him.  May play once from the bench and is a foul magnet.

Few rumours of a rest in one game but I don't see it.  I do see a couple games being subbed but racks up the points without goals.

4 goals in 2 games he is the form man.  You would think he has used his goals up but maybe not.

Very impressive player and one who provides points without goals and assists.

Reid, Ogbonna and Cresswell

With Adrian missing from the plumb Swansea game they may have lost a little appeal but then again they may not need a keeper in that one.
