The Fantasy Premier League season is a grueling one, and it’s still early in our trek to the end next May. I have had a poor start on the journey, so I activated my wildcard this week. The thought of letting the pack get too far ahead was not something I was fond of. I’m finally able to say I am a Teemu Pukki owner, and he is joined in my frontline by Joelinton and Sebastien Haller. The likes of Josh King and Harry Kane have made way.
Let me ask, where are you looking for points this game week? Manchester City at home hosting Brighton would probably be an answer of the majority of readers. To supplement Raheem Sterling in my team, Kevin De Bruyne joins my lineup. I now feel a great tranquility owning multiple City assets. Sergio Aguero would have been the preferred option, but I decided to spread the funds around.
Those of us who do not have the ability to purchase several premium assets have to look elsewhere this week for favorable fixtures in which to secure potential large returns. One place to look would be at Stamford Bridge where Frank Lampard and his men host Sheffield United. Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, and Emerson are all great options.
Sunday presents us with what looks on paper to be two even contests. Predicting Everton v Wolves and Arsenal v Tottenham is not something your favorite psychic would place a bet on. Enjoy your weekend of football before the international break folks!
For those Fantrax managers able to count down the deadline hour, your one match with confirmed lineups will be Saints v Red Devils.
