After a decent start to my fantasy EPL season, I was caught out by Game-week 4. Especially damaging was the red card (for two bookable offenses) shown to West Ham’s Michail Antonio, who is in every one of my fantasy teams. Although he’ll now miss GW-5, I still have faith for when he returns, which is why I’m hanging on to him in my FPL team.

Unfortunately Son’s injury absence put a damper on things last week, and his status is still looking touch-and-go for GW-5. But the main objective was to drop Bruno Fernandes and get Ronaldo into my side, because I’m concerned that CR7 will dent Bruno’s returns.
Changes made: Fernandes > Odegaard and Toney > Ronaldo. Toney hasn’t quite hit the heights since joining so I decided to sell him instead of Watford’s Dennis, who has featured heavily for the Hornets. My squad is still plagued by injury, suspension, and players who are out-of-favor, but I’m hoping I can ride things out without using my wildcard.

Tanganga and Antonio were shown the door here as I can’t afford to have suspended players in my side. They move on for Jota and Marcal, respectively. I also moved for Kevin De Bruyne, who has an enticing fixture against Southampton.

Laporte faces a late fitness test so I need to decide what to do with him. Some other players in the side like Havertz could be moved on, but then again it’s always handy to have potential high-scorers at budget prices.
